Booking with Charlie

In order to book with me, you must first fill out a CONSULTATION form review my "NO LIST", and received a an email from me with a date for the appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits come off the overall cost of the tattoo, at the last session for the piece.
